   You can order hiking/biking maps directly from us. The procedure is:
  1. Please print this form and send it to us.
  2. Send a check or money order (U.S. funds), made out to Friends of Czech Greenways, for the total, plus the appropriate shipping and handling for orders in the United States and Canada. Please see address at the bottom of this page.
  3. We will fulfill your order as soon as possible after we receive your payment, but please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Orders are sent Priority Mail in the U.S.
